Wycombe: New Ground at End of Industrial estate
Well the description does itself not sound brilliant “at the end on an industrial estate” but to be faie it is a very nice L2 ground that simply suffers from access and egress problems due to the one road that leads into the estate and hence the ground.
For a beer, well you can hunt around outside of the industrial estate but for a game involving Luton, which means lots of travelling supporters, this can be a bit of a problem. Now the Wycombe FC is to my mind a very hospitable place and as such offers a marquee beer tent with usually a couple of barrels of real ale as well as a selection of draught and bottled beer; all in all a really decent touch by the club. On the last two occasions I have used firstly the big marquee and last season the smaller version; both very good and also a fair selection of hot food was available.
